All fees are displayed clearly before payment and must be paid in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through approved payment gateways.
Memberships are non-transferable and subject to renewal policies stated on our website.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

DeepKno is not responsible for any exam performance, academic results, or third-party claims arising from the use of our Services.

DeepKno shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.
Our maximum liability, in any case, shall not exceed the amount paid for membership in the 6 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Refund Policy

At DeepKno, we want learners to feel confident before purchasing. That’s why we provide free sample content so students can understand the style, format, and standard of our materials before becoming members.
1. Free Sample Content
Students can always try sample lessons before membership.
These samples represent the same standard and quality as the full course.
2. Refund Eligibility
A student may request a full refund of the membership fee only in the following situations:
• The full course content is not of the same quality or standard as the free sample lessons provided.
• The student faces technical issues (e.g., login, access problems) that prevent them from using the course, and our support team cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
3. Refund Guarantee
If either of the above situations applies, we will refund the amount according to the remaining days of your subscription, and the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Transaction or gateway fees (e.g., bKash, Nagad, card charges) may be deducted where applicable.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted if:
• The content matches the samples already provided.
• The student simply changes their mind after gaining access.
• Membership was purchased after full understanding of the course through the free samples.
